Bad breath?

Ow..bad breath! It is a common problem which affects us at some point in our life. Here are some tips on how to cure bad breath :

1.    Brush your teeth twice a day and floss it!
2.    Do not forget to brush your tongue!
3.    Take 2 or 3 clovers of parsley and gargle with it twice or three times a day
4.    Do not consume onion and garlic too much
5.    Take yoghurt! Yoghurt can fight yeast infection and bad bacteria.
Eating yoghurt for six weeks can   reduce bacteria levels up to 80%
